Prices for money coaching vary a lot, and it isn't always clear what's included. This post explains what affects the cost, what to look for, and what Personal Finance Coaching costs at Money Saviour.
What affects the price
- One session or ongoing support. A one-off session costs less up front. Programmes usually work out cheaper per session and include accountability between sessions.
- What's covered. Some money coaching covers budgeting and mindset only. Personal finance coaching also looks at savings, pensions and protection as part of the overall picture.
- Experience and qualifications. Coaching isn't regulated, so anyone can call themselves a money coach. Recognised qualifications and a regulated advice background bring more to the table.
- How the coach is paid. A fee-only coach has nothing to sell. It's worth checking for commission or referral fees.

Is it worth it?
Coaching is worth it when it changes what happens next. A clear picture of where the money goes, a plan that fits real life, and someone to check in with can turn good intentions into habits that last. The aim is for the changes made to be worth far more over time than the cost of the coaching.
