Personal finance coaching terms of business

Last updated September 2026

About these terms

These Terms explain how Money Saviour Financial Solutions Ltd provides personal finance coaching. By booking and paying for a coaching session or programme, you agree to these Terms.

1. About the coaching service

Personal finance coaching helps you understand and organise your finances, identify priorities and make informed decisions.

Coaching may cover budgeting and cashflow, spending, savings, borrowing, financial organisation, goals, financial habits and behaviours, general financial education, action planning and accountability.

We provide coaching professionally, ethically and without judgement. Coaching is a collaborative process, and further support may be discussed where appropriate.

2. Important boundaries

Money Saviour Financial Solutions Ltd provides coaching, education, information and guidance. We do not provide regulated financial advice or FCA-regulated debt advice.

We do not make personal recommendations to buy, sell, switch, invest in or otherwise deal with regulated financial products. General information may be discussed about areas such as pensions, savings, investments, mortgages and protection. We do not receive referral fees or commission from third parties in connection with this coaching service.

Credit and borrowing may be discussed as part of your overall financial position, including budgeting, cashflow and goals for reducing borrowing. Coaching does not include FCA-regulated debt counselling, recommending, arranging or administering debt solutions or negotiating with creditors.

We do not provide tax, legal or accountancy advice.

Money Saviour Financial Solutions Ltd and Money Saviour C.I.C. are separate legal entities. Money Saviour C.I.C. provides FCA-regulated debt advice through commissioned services. Coaching purchased under these Terms does not include regulated debt advice.

3. Services, fees and payment

Services may include:

  • Single 60-minute coaching session or hourly rate: £150
  • Three, six or twelve-month coaching programmes: £400, £750 or £1,350

Programme fees, payment arrangements and what is included will be confirmed before you commit.

Payment is required in advance unless otherwise agreed. Appointments are confirmed once payment is received. Before your first appointment, you will be asked to complete a short questionnaire to help us understand your circumstances, priorities and goals and prepare for your session.

4. Appointments and cancellations

Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment.

Where less notice is given, we may charge a reasonable amount to reflect any loss caused by the cancellation, which may include the session fee if the appointment cannot be reallocated.

If we cancel an appointment, we will offer an alternative appointment or refund the relevant fee if rearrangement is not possible.

For bookings made online, by telephone or at a distance, a statutory 14-day cancellation period will normally apply. If you ask coaching to begin during this period, you may be required to pay for services already provided if you later cancel. If the service has been fully completed at your request during the cancellation period, your right to cancel may end. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

5. Coaching programmes and support

Where included in a coaching programme, support may be available by telephone, email or WhatsApp for brief questions, progress updates, clarification and accountability.

We aim to respond within three working days. Between-session support is not an emergency or on-demand service and cannot be exchanged for additional coaching time.

You may end coaching at any time. If a programme ends early, any refund or outstanding payment will take account of coaching and support already provided, payments already made and any programme discount applied.

We may end coaching if your needs fall outside the service, regulated or specialist advice is required, fees remain unpaid, appointments are repeatedly missed, or behaviour is abusive or unacceptable. Any prepaid fees for services not provided will be dealt with fairly.

6. Your responsibilities, confidentiality and outcomes

Coaching is based on the information you provide. You are responsible for ensuring this is accurate to the best of your knowledge and for telling us about relevant changes.

You remain responsible for your own financial decisions and for obtaining regulated or specialist advice where required.

We will provide coaching with reasonable care and skill but cannot guarantee any particular financial outcome.

Information shared during coaching will be treated confidentially and handled in accordance with data protection law and our privacy notice. Information will not normally be shared without your permission unless there is a lawful basis to do so.

Money Saviour Financial Solutions Ltd does not receive commission for recommending regulated financial products as part of this service. Any relevant conflict of interest will be disclosed.

7. International clients

Money Saviour Financial Solutions Ltd is a UK-based business. Clients outside the UK may use coaching for areas such as budgeting, cashflow, financial organisation, financial behaviours and financial goals.

We do not provide country-specific tax, legal, regulatory or financial product advice for overseas jurisdictions.

8. Complaints and general terms

If you are unhappy with the coaching service, please contact us so that we can review and try to resolve your concerns. See our complaints procedure.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
